Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in : from 3 pm.
Check-out : before 11 am.

Are there parking spaces available?
The hotel does not have parking spaces.
The nearest car park is the casino's underground car park Kursaal 1, just next to the hotel. The price is €25/24h.

The Maria-Hendrika Park car park is free of charge and is a +/-15-minute walk from the hotel.

Is there a lift?
There is a lift.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is optional.
If you have not booked breakfast in advance, it is always possible to request it at reception.
Gluten-free bread is available on request, please inform reception during check-in.

0-3 years: free
4-10 years: €10
From 11 years: €19
What is the cost of a cot in the room?
A cot costs €10 per night.
This is not possible in the room type Tiny cosy room.
Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
If you do not have a credit card, you can pay for your booking by bank transfer. Paying by bank transfer is not possible when booking online, only when booking by phone or e-mail.
The reservation must be made at least 1 week in advance and the amount must be transferred to the hotel account BE83 2800 5241 6615 within 48 hours after making the reservation.
How can I change or cancel a reservation?
Please contact reception by phone or e-mail. We will check whether your reservation can be modified or cancelled at that time, depending on the booking conditions applicable to your reservation.
All information on the cancellation conditions can be found on your booking confirmation.
If you did not make a reservation directly, but via booking.com or another channel, and you wish to change or cancel your reservation? Then you should contact the channel where you made the booking. They will advise you further about the possible steps.
How can I receive an invoice for my stay?
You can always inform reception that you would like an invoice for your stay. Please give us your invoicing details and we will send you the invoice by e-mail.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
You can obtain a gift voucher at reception or by e-mail.
If you ordered a gift voucher by e-mail, we will send it to you digitally after receipt of payment.
A gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
How do I book with a gift voucher?
If you have a gift voucher, please contact the hotel reception directly.
Your voucher can only be used for a direct reservation.
It is not possible to use a gift voucher for reservations via booking.com, Expedia or other online travel agents.
Is there a bicycle shed?
There is no bicycle shed or bicycle shed.
Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle shed opposite the hotel.
Bicycles are not allowed in the hotel or in the room.
